Bulk card actions
This module lets you select multiple cards or entire lists and apply a single action to them. You can find the cards you need using search and filters, then select them in the Kanban view or table.
For cards, you can change dates, titles, descriptions, Custom Fields, labels, members, completion status, watch settings, and checklists, as well as add comments. You can also move, copy, archive, restore, or delete cards.
For lists, you can rename, move, reorder, archive, restore, or delete them, as well as perform actions on the cards they contain. Board Assistant asks for confirmation before irreversible actions and displays the result afterward.

Auto comments
Board Assistant automatically records what changed on a card in comments. For example: who changed the due date, title, description, label, or value in a Custom Field.
The comment is added on behalf of the member who made the change. It shows the previous value and what it was changed to. The text of these comments can be customized.

Manage members
When a card is moved to another list, Board Assistant can automatically update its members.
For example, in the “In progress” list, you can automatically add the responsible assignee, while in the “Done” list, you can remove all members from the card.
Rules can be configured for lists, and an exception for a specific card can be set directly inside the card.

Automatic sorting
Board Assistant can automatically organize cards by a selected criterion.
For example, cards can be sorted by creation date, due date, a defined label order, or a value in a Custom Field.
You can create one rule for the entire board or configure separate rules for different lists.

Label manager
Designed for working with a large number of labels. Board Assistant adds a “BA Labels” button to a Trello card. When clicked, it opens a separate window with the board’s labels. There you can add labels to the card or remove them from it.
The same window provides label search, creating a new label, editing existing labels, choosing the number of labels per row, and sorting. Sorting can be configured by color, alphabetically, by usage frequency, by date added, or by custom order.
Labels can be grouped. Each group can have its own sorting. If custom sorting is set for a group, it takes priority over the general sorting.

Field protection
Set rules for the entire board or individual lists and define who is allowed to edit fields and perform specific actions on cards.
If an unauthorized user makes a change, Board Assistant automatically restores the previous value and adds a comment to the card with details of the attempt.

Extended Activity Log
Collects changes from your boards into one feed. It lets you see who changed what in cards and when.
The history can be filtered by date, member, or action type: card creation, movement, deletion, comment, field change, and more.
From the log, you can open the relevant card in Trello or download the change history to your computer in CSV format.

Copy fields
This feature helps you set up a new board based on an existing one.
You can select lists, labels, or Custom Fields on one board and copy them to another. After copying, you do not need to manually create the same fields and settings again.

Board admins
This section shows all your Trello boards in one table. For each board, you can see your role, admins, members, and observers.
Board Assistant also checks whether a board has only one admin. If so, it shows a warning.
This helps prevent situations where a team may lose access to a board, for example if the only admin leaves the workspace or deletes their account.
